Why the Data Center Specialist training path?
In a time when data centers have become one of a company's most critical assets, many companies face a disconcerting reality: They operate state-of-the-art data centers but struggle to find qualified personnel to manage them effectively. Digitalization is advancing rapidly, and the requirements for data centers are steadily increasing. But while technology and infrastructure grow, the expertise behind it often lags.
Skills shortage:
The data center industry is currently experiencing an unprecedented shortage of skilled workers. Many companies struggle to find qualified employees who understand and can manage the complexity and dynamics of modern data centers. This shortage can lead to operational interruptions, inefficient processes, and ultimately business losses.
No specific training:
Despite the growing importance of data centers, there is no dedicated training or course of study in Germany that focuses exclusively on data center technologies and management. As a result, many companies have to rely on generalized IT courses that do not offer the depth and specialization required for data center experts.

In cooperation with internationally recognized experts, we offer practice-oriented seminars based on EN 50600, which will soon be an ISO standard.
